CargoForge sells access to software. No physical goods are sold or shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
When you get access
- Pro features are switched on in your account as soon as your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, usually within a minute.
- Some payment methods take longer to confirm. The payment status page in Billing keeps checking and updates on its own.
- PDFs and CSV exports are generated on request and download straight to your device.
If access does not arrive
If your payment was debited and Pro is not active after 30 minutes, contact us through the help page. We will activate the pass or refund the payment, as set out in the refund policy.
