Open the lorry receipt tool, fill in your company, the consignor and consignee, the goods and the freight, and press Download PDF. The preview on the right shows the document as you type. No account is needed.

Create a free account. Leave the number box empty when you save and the next number in your series is used (for example LR-0001, LR-0002). You can change the prefixes in Settings. The free plan saves 10 documents a month.

Upload a PNG or JPG logo (up to 200 KB) in Settings. It is printed on PDFs while your account has an active Pro pass.

Open Billing in your account. The payment status page checks with Razorpay and activates Pro as soon as the payment is confirmed, which can take a minute or two for some methods. If money was debited and Pro is not active after 30 minutes, write to us with your account email and the Razorpay payment ID.

Write to us from your account email within 7 days of payment. The full amount is refunded to the original payment method. See the refund policy for details.

Open “Forgot password” on the login page. Where reset by email is switched on, a link valid for 60 minutes is sent to your address. Otherwise send us a message from the contact form on this page using your account email, and we will send you a one-time reset link.

Go to Settings, then Account. You can download all your data as a file and delete the account yourself. Deletion removes your documents, trips and parties immediately. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires, without your account details.

The PDF prints English letters and numerals. Text typed in Hindi or other Indian scripts does not print correctly yet. Please enter names and addresses in English for now.
