Your documents are yours
CargoForge lays out the details you type into a lorry receipt, transport bill or quotation. It does not check that a consignment exists, that a GSTIN belongs to the party named, or that the figures are right. The business that issues a document is responsible for its contents, its signatures and stamps, and for issuing it lawfully.
Not tax or legal advice
The guides, hints and default values on this site are general information for transporters. GST rates, reverse-charge rules, exemptions and e-way bill thresholds change by government notification and can differ by state. The GST option printed on a bill is the one you select. Confirm your tax treatment with a chartered accountant, and legal questions with a lawyer.
Estimates, not live data
- The trip cost calculator and the trip ledger compute results only from the numbers you enter. They are estimates to help you decide, not quotations or guarantees of profit.
- The site does not look up live diesel prices, toll charges, distances, routes, traffic or vehicle details. Any example figures shown are illustrative.
- Do not rely on an estimate where a wrong number could cause loss. Check it against your own records.
What the service does not do
- It does not generate e-way bills or e-invoices. Those are created only on the government portals.
- It does not file GST returns or pay tax.
- It does not track vehicles, verify drivers or arrange loads.
- It does not provide insurance or handle claims.
Language support in PDFs
PDFs currently print English letters and numerals. Text typed in other scripts may not print correctly.
