Pricing questions
Will I be charged again automatically?
No. Pro is a one-time payment for a fixed number of days. No mandate or standing instruction is created. When the pass ends your account returns to the free plan and nothing is charged.
What happens to my documents when Pro ends?
Everything you saved stays in your account and can still be opened and downloaded. The free limits apply again to new records: 10 documents and 5 trips a month. PDFs carry the CargoForge footer again and the logo is not printed.
Can I buy another pass before the current one ends?
Yes. The new pass starts when the current one finishes, so no days are lost.
How can I pay?
Payments are handled by Razorpay. You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet, depending on what Razorpay offers at checkout. CargoForge never sees or stores your card or bank details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of payment. Write to us from your account email and the full amount is returned to the original payment method. The details are in the refund policy.
Do the prices include GST?
The price shown is the total you pay at checkout. A payment receipt is available in your account under Billing.
